The closest thing I can find made by High Standard was their Flite King Model which is a economy grade pump action.These guns were made from 1960 to 1966. If you look up a High Standard Model 10, you won't find anything because High Standard did not make a Model 10 with their name on it. If you look up the cross reference listing the Sears model number will cross reference to a High Standard Model 10. ![]() Higgins 583.1101 (and that's a catalog number) were made by the High Standard Arms Company for and were sold by Sears Roebuck & Co. A "Store Brand Name" shotgun is one that was made by a major maker (and after 1945) for and was sold by a wholesaler or retailer who chose the name to go on the gun. ![]() The gun is of course a "Store Brand Name" shotgun.
